Booking & Payment Policy – Hunting & Fishing Expeditions

Booking Policy

  • Reservation Process   
    • Inquiry: Submit your request via email, phone, or online form.   
    • Confirmation: Our team will confirm availability, pricing, and itinerary within 24 hours.   
    • Deposit Required: A non-refundable 50% deposit is needed to secure your booking.   
    • Balance Payment: The remaining amount must be paid 30 days before the trip.   

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation > 30 Days Before Trip: Deposit forfeited; balance refunded.   
  • Cancellation 15-30 Days Before Trip: 50% of total cost charged.   
  • Cancellation < 15 Days Before Trip: No refund (full payment retained).   
  • Force Majeure (Weather, Political Unrest): Trip rescheduled or credit issued (no refund).   

Group & Private Charters

  • Group Bookings (4+ people): Discounts available (inquire for rates).   
  • Private Charters: Full boat booking required; customizable itineraries.   

Payment Policy

  • Accepted Payment Methods   
    • Bank Transfer (Pakistani & International)   
    • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard)   
    • Cash (in-person at our office)   
  • Payment Deadlines 
    • Deposit: Required within 3 days of booking confirmation.   
    • Final Payment: Due 30 days before trip start date.   
    • Last-Minute Bookings (<30 days): Full payment required upfront.   
  • Additional Costs  
    • Hunting Permits & Licenses: Included in package price.   
    • Trophy Export Fees (if applicable): Paid separately (CITES permits).   
    • Extra Gear Rental: Available at additional cost.   

Important Policies

  • Permits & Legal Compliance   
    • We handle all hunting/fishing permits (government-approved quotas).   
    • Clients must provide passport copies for trophy hunting licenses.   
    • Strict adherence to wildlife laws – illegal hunting = immediate trip termination (no refund).   
  • Insurance & Liability   
    • Travel insurance (medical, evacuation) is mandatory.   
    • We are not liable for injuries, lost/damaged gear, or unforeseen events.   
  • Changes & Postponements  
    • Date changes allowed (subject to availability) once free of charge.   
    • No-shows = No refund.

  • Receive Booking Invoice (via email).   
  • Pay Deposit to secure dates.   
  • Get Pre-Trip Packing List & Guidelines.   
  • Final Payment + Submit Required Documents.   
  • Adventure Begins!
