Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Pak Adventure, we understand that plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and compliant with Pakistan’s hunting/fishing permit regulations.
Cancellation by Client
- Standard Cancellation Timeline
- 90+ Days Before Trip Start: – Full refund of deposit (minus 5% bank processing fees).
- 60–89 Days Before Trip Start: – 50% refund** of deposit.
- 30–59 Days Before Trip Start: – 25% refund of deposit.
- 30 Days Before Trip Start: – No refund** (due to permit commitments and logistics).
- Special Cases for Full Refund
We grant 100% refunds (including deposit) if cancellation is due to:
- Medical emergency (with doctor’s note).
- Visa denial (if applied on time with our guidance).
- Death in immediate family (documentation required).
Cancellation by Pak Adventure
We reserve the right to cancel trips due to:
- Permit denials by Pakistani authorities (full refund).
- Safety risks (e.g., extreme weather, political unrest) – refund or reschedule.
- Insufficient bookings (full refund or alternative dates).
Note: We never cancel for profitability reasons.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 15 business days via original payment method.
- Bank/wire transfer fees are deducted from refunds.
- Non-refundable items:
- Issued permits (if already paid to government).
- Custom gear purchases (e.g., rented equipment).
Postponements & Rescheduling
- Free rescheduling (if requested 60+ days prior) based on availability.
- Late rescheduling (<60 days): 20% fee + new permit costs (if applicable).
Force Majeure & COVID-19 Policy
- Natural disasters, pandemics, or war:
- Credit for future trip (valid 2 years).
- Partial refund (if credit is unused after 2 years).
Trophy Permit Auctions (Markhor/Ibex)
- If permits exceed budget: Full deposit refund.
- If client backs out post-permit win: No refund (permits are non-transferable).
Insurance Recommendation
We strongly advise purchasing:
- Trip cancellation insurance (e.g., World Nomads).
- Medical evacuation coverage (for remote areas).
